Jazz on the Park Hostel
Jazz on the Park Hostel was our first hostel in New York City since 1998! This backpackers hostel provides budget accommodation on the Upper West Side near Central Park, the Museum of Natural History, Columbia University and the Cathedral of St. John the Divine.

Jazz on the City Hostel
Jazz on the City Hostel is also on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and has the amenities of upscale hotel accommodation at affordable hostel prices. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms. Private rooms have flat-screen TVs, dressers and nightstands. Close to Central Park:

Jazz on the Town Hostel
Jazz on the Town Hostel provides budget accommodation near Union Square, New York University, trendy shopping, and hundreds of bars and restaurants.
Union Square is an interesting place to visit (National Historic Landmark). There’s a farmers market there every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8am to 6pm. Here’s a historical photo from about 1870 of the George Washington statue in Union Square Park:
