Miami Wine and Food Festival has one big event each night of the festival. Tickets for these events are on the high side – $55 to $400 a person.
Brews and Bites: Craft Beer Tasting
Interested in tasting more that 100 craft beers and micro-brews? A ticket to Brews and Bites allows you to taste them all! You can also pair the beer with food samples from 30 area restaurants.
Brews and Bites will be held on April 18 and tickets are $55 per person.
Taste and Toast: Fine Wine Tasting
If you love wine, this looks like a great event. Taste and Toast features more than 200 wines from all over the world. Guest will be able to mingle and talk with wine makers and importers about wine. There will also be 35 local restaurants to sample food from.
Taste and Toast will be held on April 19 and tickets are $75 per person.
Food, Friends & Fun: Interactive Dinner
Interested in paying $400 to cook your own food? Food, Friends and Fun allows you to do just that! Under the watch of a famous chef, with culinary students at each table, guests will cook their dinners right at their tables.
The event also includes a live auction during the meal, a silent auction during the reception and free flowing Bacardi drinks. This event is held at Miami’ Beach’s famous Fontainebleau Hotel.
Food, Friends and Fun will be held on April 20 and tickets are $400 per person.
Cellar-bration: Good Food and Award-winning Wines
Celler-bration is described as a “gastronomic experience” and features “delectable and diverse cuisine” inspired by the restaurants at the Fontainebleau.
Celler-bration will be held on April 21 and tickets are $250 per person.
