New York City has some of the best shopping in the world, especially if you’re looking for high end fashion brands at discounted prices. Here are 5 of the best places to find high end fashions at deeply discounted prices.
1. Century 21
Century 21 is widely known as “New York City’s Best Kept Secret”. Everything in the store is up to 65% off the retail price

2. Loehmann’s
Loehmann’s offers designer clothing for 30% – 60% off the retail price. They constantly change their merchandise and add new designers so you can always find something new there.

3. Nordstrom Rack
