Olive Oil Gelato

If you’re exploring the Greenwich Village neighborhood, go to Washington Square Park and look for Otto’s Gelato cart at the northwest entrance.  Gelato (Italian ice cream) is generally denser and lower in fat than American-style ice cream.

Bacon-topped Ice Cream

The Big Gay Ice Cream Truck drives around the city selling ice cream with unusual toppings like bacon, sea salt & olive oil, cayanne, and wasabi pea dust.  To keep track of the location of the truck follow them on Twitter.
